The Fundación José María de Olives y de Ponsich, Conde de Torre-saura awards scholarships to two minors from the Fundació per a Persones amb Discapacitat Illa de Menorca (Foundation for People with Disabilities on the Island of Menorca).
It allocates €2,000 from its fund to provide financial assistance to children living in Ciutadella and Es Mercadal who have functional diversity, whether motor, sensory, or intellectual.
The agreement signed with the Fundació per a Persones amb Discapacitat Illa de Menorca commits the Torre-saura Foundation into collaborating in a scholarship program aimed at providing financial assistance to children residing in the aforementioned municipalities who require adaptation measures, technical aids, and/or professional assistance in order to lead a full and inclusive life.
On December 7, a simple and discreet ceremony was held at Cas Comte between representatives of both foundations to present the scholarship amount to the two children, who were present at the ceremony with their respective families.
