The Torre-saura Foundation awards scholarships to two minors with disabilities

Under the collaboration agreement signed with the Fundació per a Persones amb Discapacitat Illa de Menorca (Foundation for People with Disabilities of Menorca), the Fundación José María de Olives y de Ponsich, Conde de Torre-saura has awarded grants of €1.000 each to two minors with functional disabilities so that they can continue to progress towards achieving a full and inclusive life.

According to the agreement, the Fundació per a Persones amb Discapacitat Illa de Menorca is responsible for announcing the scholarships and deciding who will be the beneficiaries. They must be minors between the ages of 3 and 18 and be registered in the municipalities of Ciutadella or Es Mercadal. Of the two scholarships awarded annually, one is for a boy or girl who can prove a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%. The second is for a boy or girl who does not have a recognized degree of disability but who has a medically diagnosed functional diversity, such as ADHD or ASD.
